Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Remote (TX & FL applicants only)

Overview

This position offers a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment for those looking to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Our Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. Throughout the process, clients have questions or problems that need quick, confident answers and solutions from an expert. The role focuses on providing excellent customer experience and maintaining high satisfaction and retention levels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and meet retention goals as part of the Client Services Team.
  • Resolve all client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email.
  • Use CRM to manage client accounts and document discussions clearly and in detail.
  • Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client success and retention activities throughout the program.
  • Handle escalation calls courteously and professionally.
  • Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure client success in the program.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection required.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, with empathy for clients’ hardships.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Financial services experience (banking, loans, credit cards) is a plus.
  • Debt Settlement experience is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation

$35,000 - $40,000 annually, including monthly bonus potential.
