Job Title: Customer Service Dispatcher Rep

A locally owned company operating within the Greater Portland and Vancouver area is looking to hire a Customer Service Dispatcher Rep to join their team in Damascus, Oregon. This position is a long-term, fully onsite opportunity.

Pay: $23 - $24/hr

Job Description

The Dispatcher/Customer Service role involves managing a multi-line phone system, providing product and service information, and supporting customers in resolving issues with their alarm systems. The role requires troubleshooting and investigating technical problems.

  • Manage high volume calls
  • Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Schedule installation and service appointments with multiple technicians
  • Assist customers with technical issues over the phone (training provided)
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Process account cancellations
  • Ensure accuracy with data entry
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of office experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
