Position Summary:

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) serve as the voice of the company, providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales functions through efficient order processing and problem resolution. CSRs work closely with Sales Representatives to facilitate smooth communication between customers and the company, ensuring that orders, pricing, and service expectations align with business goals

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Interaction & Order Management
  • Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers with placing orders, order modifications, and product inquiries.
  • Ensure 99% accuracy when entering and processing orders.
  • Provide post-sale support, including returns, exchanges, refunds (Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) &Credit Requests), and tracking delivery status.
  • Proactively contact customers to remind them to place orders for the next day.
  • Manage duplicate order reports daily by verifying details and preventing order duplication.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives to address customer needs and special-order requests.

About you:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or related experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft 365, and customer serviceplatforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for diagnosing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations professionally.
  • Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain a 90%+ on-time attendance rate.
  • Call & Email Response Time: Answer 98% of calls within two rings and respond to emails promptly.
  • Order Accuracy: Maintain a 99%+ accuracy rate in order entry.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and critical thinking skills in every interaction.
  • Maintain an efficient balance between quick resolution and thorough customer support.
