Job summary

AmeriVet in the United States is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist to join a busy clinic team. You will greet clients and patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records with compassion.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and reliable teamwork. You’ll work weekdays with rotating Saturdays, learn veterinary software (ezyVet a plus), and enjoy a supportive environment with benefits.

Qualifications

  • Customer service or veterinary experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable with animals and their owners.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn veterinary software.
  • Experience with ezyVet is a plus.
  • Professional and compassionate when handling difficult situations.
  • Flexible to work scheduled weekdays and rotating Saturdays.
