About The Team

We conduct hundreds of live auctions annually worldwide. Our team includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service representatives, all contributing to successful multi-million dollar auctions.

Job Description

• The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale day activities.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and file documents using our internal coding system and by Lot number for web uploads.
• Communicate with departments and customers regarding documents like LOLC’s and Purge Documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide information about auxiliary services to customers.
• Deliver superior customer service consistently.
• Support RB’s commitment to safety by taking personal responsibility for safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working in person with customers.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
