Job summary

The Dixon Group in Chestertown, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, put-away, picking and order fulfillment in our distribution team. You’ll operate an RF scanner with the Dixon WMS, drive forklifts, and read and follow instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team is required; forklift certification is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training and certification available.
• Able to read and follow documentation and instructions.
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, stock, and pick products.
• Operate RF scanner running the Dixon WMS program.
• Operate various types of forklifts.
• Review and fill customer orders.
• Read instructions and follow documentation.
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace.

Location: 101 Warner Drive, Chestertown, MD 21620
Pay Range: $17-$19 per hour

Available Shift Hours, Monday through Friday:

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM + 15% shift differential

The Dixon Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Chestertown, MD!In this role, you will work as a member of the Distribution team in the receiving area and other areas as needed. Primary duties include working with the receiving team, performing put away of items in receiving, picking in the Warehouse Management system (WMS), and any special projects as needed!

• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
