Guild Garage Group LLC in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Home Services. The role focuses on turning inbound calls into service appointments, gathering details, and supporting a busy service office with accuracy and courtesy.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. with rotating weekends. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

• Experience booking service appointments and supporting a busy service office.
• Strong phone skills and ability to build trust with customers quickly.

Responsibilities

Starting Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on relevant experience | Full-Time

What You Bring

• At least one year of customer service experience in a residential service industry , such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, or solar.
• Experience booking service appointments and supporting a busy service office.
• Strong phone skills and the ability to build trust with customers quickly.
• The ability to manage calls, scheduling software, and customer records accurately.
• A calm, practical approach to urgent requests, schedule changes, and frustrated customers.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred; experience with similar service management software is also valuable.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with rotating weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
