Premier Staffing Inc. is seeking a customer service/order entry professional in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will enter and review customer orders, track them through production and shipment, and coordinate delivery dates with the sales and production teams.

You will keep customers informed about progress, resolve order concerns, handle returns, and maintain accurate records, while building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Two years of customer service experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• A positive, customer-focused approach and willingness to collaborate with others.
• Experience using ERP software for order entry or quoting is helpful.

Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Thursday 7am - 4:30pm + Friday 7am - 11am

Responsibilities
