Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Carthage, MO, is seeking a Customer Service Representative; Receptionist to join our Carthage Clinic. This front-office role provides direct patient assistance and supports clinic operations under the Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities of the office, assisting in staff orientation, covering schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow. A high school diploma and experience in a front-office or clerical position are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
• Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position.
• Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
• BLS or Friends and Family certification preferred.
• Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
