Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Carthage, MO seeks a Customer Service Representative and Receptionist for the Carthage Clinic.

Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, you will provide direct and indirect patient assistance and care in the office/clinic settings. You will assist in development and orientation of new staff and coordinate activities to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
• Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position.
• Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
• BLS or Friends and Family certification preferred.
• Great organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
