Job summary

Speedy Glass USA in Bozeman, MT is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet guests, quote services, prepare work orders and invoices, and collect payments.

You will schedule and assign work orders, resolve customer requests promptly, and close the branch with accurate daily financial records. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K with company match, and more.

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Bozeman, MT

As a Customer Service Representative, you will

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need

• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
