Job summary

Speedy Glass is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Billings, MT branch and drive day-to-day operations. You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory and customer service to meet financial goals, while upholding safety standards and brand reputation.

Salary is $75,000–$80,000 DOE with bonus eligibility (profit share) and a comprehensive benefits package. This on-site role requires a strong leader with retail experience and a commitment to first-class service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling.
• Excellent driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of auto glass installation/repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and staff scheduling.
• Maintain a productive, safe, and welcoming work environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Oversee inventory control and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with laws and OSHA regulations.
• Hire and develop staff; build key account relationships.
• May perform technician duties as needed.
• Drive company or customer vehicles when required.

Speedy Glass is seeking to Hire a Branch Manage to lead our Billings, MT Branch!

A Branch Manager leads and manages day-to-day operations of the branch by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Our Branch Manager opportunities offer a competitive salary range based on experience! This position offers a base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 DOE, bonus eligibility (profit share), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Duties

• Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties.
• Ensure a good working environment for employees.
• Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers.
• May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician.
• Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; or comparable years of experience
• Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management
• Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures
• Excellent Customer Service skills and Sales skills
• Proficient in POS and MS Office
• Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in Auto Glass industry
