We have an exciting position available for the right person! As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your excellent skills and experience to serve both our awesome customers and our talented technicians. You must have experience as both a CSR and dispatcher in any service industry—heating, air, plumbing, electrical, or handyman.

To our customers, we have always been essential. We are Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cape Fear and we’ve been making homes flowing and clean in Brunswick County and Wilmington for years! We need you to be as committed to excellence as we are, and as our customers have come to expect.

What kind of person are you?

• You know stuff. Particularly about home services.
• You can think yourself out of a box, a corner, or a problem.
• You give good phone-call after call after call.
• You take direction well but you don’t sit around waiting for it.
• You know computers. Preferably you have knowledge of ServiceTitan and Google calendar, but if not, you can learn quickly.

What does a CSR do?

• You’ll be talking to customers and technicians a lot.
• You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’ll schedule everything from service calls to maintenance and inspections.
• You’ll follow up on estimates, quotes, maintenance, and membership agreements.
• You’ll play ‘monkey in the middle’ between technicians and customers.
• You’ll be available to work late when needed; summer months are the busiest.

Compensation: $10+/hr DOE
