  • Marketing Contact center, they will make calls on behalf of the field reps, they will be trying to set up annual review appointments with their CURRENT customers

  • The appointment they are setting up is to set appointments to review current policies and/ renew. We want to make sure they are staying up to date and meeting the customer needs.
  • The reps have a goal to make 130 calls per day, and to schedule 10 appointments per day. They are calling current customers, so all calls are very warm.
  • There is scripting and talk track for the customer service reps, however there is not an auto-dialer though so they will have to dial the numbers.

Hours

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications

Must haves:

  • Prior customer service experience (retail or office experience)
  • Phones experience
  • Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner over the phone
  • Basic computer skills


Soft Skills

  • Time management skills, able to efficiently handle daily workload in order to hit monthly goals


Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
