- There is scripting and talk track for the customer service reps, however there is not an auto-dialer though so they will have to dial the numbers.

Hours
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Skills & Qualifications
Must haves:
- Prior customer service experience (retail or office experience)
- Phones experience
- Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner over the phone
- Basic computer skills
Soft Skills
- Time management skills, able to efficiently handle daily workload in order to hit monthly goals
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
