Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service Role.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.

Technical Customer Service Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative based remotely in Indianapolis, IN. The Technical Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing, extending, and maintaining Masterkey code records for customers.

*** Remote position- must be located in Indianapolis area***

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $50,000 - $60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Operate computer to develop and generate codes to meet customers’ needs
  • Complete and maintain all files including reporting documents relating to the accurate accountability of codes and all Masterkey transactions
  • Train employees and customers in Masterkey policies and code management
  • Provide Tier 1 support for business users of Masterkey code generating applications
  • Complete and audit worksheets necessary for use by the Combinators

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • High School Diploma or GED certification
  • 2+ years work experience in a Customer Service Role
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems

WHAT WE PREFER

  • 2-3 years work experience in the security hardware industry
  • Knowledge of code generation policies and procedures
