Job summary

PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners. You will schedule HVAC and plumbing service, coordinate requests, and support technicians through the ServiceTitan platform.

This in-office role in Doraville offers full-time or part-time schedules, a collaborative team, and opportunities for growth as you manage accounts, process payments, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software is a plus.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
• Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments while maximizing technician efficiency.
• Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to follow up on leads, schedule maintenance, and provide exceptional customer care.
• Create and manage customer accounts, memberships, and daily tasks within ServiceTitan.
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and the inside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process payments and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

At PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our homeowners, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by scheduling appointments, answering questions, coordinating service requests, and supporting our technicians through the ServiceTitan platform. Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: In-Office/ Doraville

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

What You’ll Do
