• Schedule appointments and follow-ups accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information in Epic.
• Create and manage patient cases and referral entries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements.
• Work referral workqueues and index documentation in OnBase and Epic.
• Provide clear directions, declare calls, and guide patients as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or call center (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Epic (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Discretion, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
