Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our service for all customer segments. You will foster relationships, support branch operations, and collaborate with association staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes customer-focused interactions, data entry, loan processing support, and maintaining accurate records while contributing to a collaborative workplace with flexible scheduling and a strong Total Rewards culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or office experience.
• Banking experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service at daily interactions.
• Answer incoming calls and receipting payments.
• Disburse funds and provide administrative help to mortgage loan processing/d documentation.
• Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation and facilitate loan closings.
• Maintain branch operations and manage office tasks as needed.

Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.

What Experience can you Bring?

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 + years customer service or office experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
