Our Customer Service Representatives excel by acting as a liaison, providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging situations that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They maintain standards, recognize quality of work, and responses from the team are a reflection of a value add for Lippert. They understand the dynamics of working with operations teams as well as sales teams to ensure timely communication and high service standards.
