Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our team in Lancaster, TX. You will support day-to-day HR operations, focusing on creating a positive Team Member experience and engaging culture.

Responsibilities include onboarding, administering benefits, payroll and HR policies, maintaining records, and supporting special HR projects while building strong relationships with colleagues. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or 3-4 years of HR experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, confidentiality, and best practices.

Human Resource Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative (HR Rep) to join our team! As the HR Rep, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department, ensuring a positive Team Member experience, and helping to create a culture of engagement and development.   • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with HR-related software and technology
  • Strong business acumen
Travel

Local travel is expected for this position.
