Lippert Components is seeking a Customer Service Technical Representative to support customers of RV products from our Indiana facility. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, processing orders, and delivering technical guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and prior call center experience. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to upsell service and maintenance
Customer Service Technical Representative is expected to provide information about organization’s products and services, handle customer complaints, and process orders. Motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success, they must establish a rapport with clients, be reliable, and driven with strong time management and prioritization abilities. They rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, and exhibit a degree of creativity, discretion, and latitude.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires sitting, data entry, and using a telephone headset. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full‑time hourly position and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekends and late evening to overnight work may be necessary.
Travel would be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.
