PGW Auto Glass LLC in Minot, ND is hiring a customer service associate to handle walk-in and phone inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation for automotive paint and related products. You will work with distribution centers and customers, provide price quotes, support eCommerce leads, and maintain strong communication while upholding PPE and safety standards.

Must have knowledge of automotive paint and equipment, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a background in call

• Education & Experience: High School or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge with Automotive Paint, PBE and Equipment.
• Preferred: Call Center Customer service experience.
• Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish.
• 2+ years of college.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services.
• Handle customers via phone, walk-in, and over-the-counter sales, and assist with paint customers at their location or in-store.
• Look up formulas, mix paint based on formula, and assist with customer paint orders.
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes.
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service.
• Ensure the company maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on product inventory, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads, understand eBay and eCommerce sites.

In this position, you will communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services. Also, handle customers via phone calls or walk-in over-the-counter sales, and assist with paint customers at there location or in store. Must have experience with Automotive Paint, PPE, and paint equipment.

• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Assist our paint customers at their location in over the counter with questions and equipment needs
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.

Basic Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  High School or equivalent
