INDPGWCORP is seeking a customer service professional in Minot, ND to manage paint-related inquiries, assist with orders, and communicate with customers and distribution centers. The role involves in-person and phone support, inventory familiarity, and eCommerce familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.

Description

In this position, you will communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services. Also, handle customers via phone calls or walk-in over-the-counter sales, and assist with paint customers at there location or in store. Must have experience with Automotive Paint, PPE, and paint equipment.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Call Center Customer service experience
• Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish.
• 2+ years of college.
