Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Lakewood, CO location to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, inspect equipment, and use U-Scan to dispatch and return rentals. Earn while learning with on-the-job education and bonuses.

Position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth, and starting pay between $15.16 and $16.00 per hour. Local benefits and advancement paths are available in Lakewood, Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
