Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with rentals and services.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental and return.
• Educate customers on products and services and answer questions.
• Process rental invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate and troubleshoot U-Haul technology to manage inventory.
