Job summary

U-Haul in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and basic inquiries using modern U-Haul technology.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship not available.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift certification offered on employment.
