Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a customer-focused sales support professional to ensure accurate processing of quotes and orders for Corporate Accounts. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding orders, deliveries and pricing, collaborating with internal teams to protect and grow harvest business.

Responsibilities include issuing harvest and incremental quotations, closing quotes in SAP, maintaining master data, handling returns, and coordinating with Finance to resolve credits and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently or in a team.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, verbal and written communication.
• Proficient ERP/CRM knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely quotes and processing of customer orders.
• Enter orders accurately into SAP and maintain master data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Handle returns (RGA) and resolve credit/invoice issues with Finance.
• Serve as primary contact for Corporate Accounts and inquiries about orders, deliveries, and pricing.
