Tri City Glass & Door Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Auto Glass department. You will coordinate repairs and replacements, schedule installations, and manage orders while acting as the primary liaison between customers and field technicians.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and accuracy, with comprehensive training provided and opportunities in our ESOP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a track record of effective communication.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, quotes, and orders with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, plus basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and replacement services and schedule installations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and field technicians.
• Process orders, maintain customer records, and generate daily work orders for installers.
• Complete invoicing promptly to ensure timely billing and funds receipt.
• Maintain inventory records and apply discount schedules as directed by management.
• Communicate customer needs and concerns clearly and address installation questions before work begins.
• Work professionally in appearance and attitude; perform other duties as assigned.
