Job summary

Stribling Equipment, LLC in Richland, MS is seeking a Customer Service Rep - Credit & Collections to support our valued customers and protect receivables.

This in-office role requires at least 2 years in credit and collections, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will manage disputes, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with attorneys or agencies as needed, contributing to a safe, drug-free workplace and team success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit and collections.
• Experience with commercial and personal credit reports.
• Experience in a high-volume collection environment, preferably in heavy machinery.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of collections, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation for the assigned portfolio.
• Recommend past-due accounts to the Credit Manager to go to the Attorney and the Collection agency.
• Review client payment(s) and reconcile when required.
• Resolve account disputes by coordinating with internal teams.

This role is based at our headquarters in Richland, Mississippi, where you’ll play a key part in supporting our valued customers and contributing to our continued success.Our CSR plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients by managing the collection of past-due invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and addressing a variety of service-related requests.
