Job summary

Stribling Equipment, LLC in Arkansas is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. You will process parts orders at the counter and by phone, work with John Deere and approved vendors, and provide friendly service to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a parts department, a valid driver's license, proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems, and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a parts department; heavy equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with computers and software systems such as MS Office and web-based programs.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for parts at the counter and by phone.
• Order parts from John Deere and approved vendors as needed.
• Provide follow-up and escalation of backorders when necessary.
• Ship, receive, and stock parts daily.
