Job summary

Stribling Equipment, LLC is seeking a skilled heavy equipment focused Shop Service Technician in Mississippi. You will recondition and repair heavy equipment and components, perform diagnostic inspections, and accurately record time, parts, and purchases.

The role requires basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license. We offer ongoing John Deere training and certifications, opportunities for advancement, a competitive benefits package, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of diesel technology education or hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment.
• John Deere experience is a strong plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Recondition and repair heavy equipment and components.
• Perform diagnostic inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Accurately record time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and shop equipment in top condition.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing John Deere training and certifications.
