Primary Objectives of the Position
- Sell, distribute, and market feed products while maintaining office efficiency to optimize market share and savings, improve efficiency, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Invoice customers accurately and promptly for products sold daily.
- Uphold all Cooperative policies and observe OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales, service, reporting, recordkeeping, and communication duties. Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, and organizing promotions.
- Maintain a positive attitude to promote teamwork and a favorable image of the cooperative.
- Assist with coordinating the bag feed route and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, attend training sessions, record customer orders, and ensure proper documentation and safety information are provided.
- Follow all policies, report unusual activity or complaints, and maintain a neat work environment.
