Primary Objectives of the Position
  • Sell, distribute, and market feed products while maintaining office efficiency to optimize market share and savings, improve efficiency, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Invoice customers accurately and promptly for products sold daily.
  • Uphold all Cooperative policies and observe OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inside sales, service, reporting, recordkeeping, and communication duties. Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, and organizing promotions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude to promote teamwork and a favorable image of the cooperative.
  • Assist with coordinating the bag feed route and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, attend training sessions, record customer orders, and ensure proper documentation and safety information are provided.
  • Follow all policies, report unusual activity or complaints, and maintain a neat work environment.
