Primary Objectives of Position:
- To sell, distribute and market feed products and maintain office efficiency in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
- To invoice customers for products sold, in an accurate and timely manner, on a daily basis.
- Uphold all Cooperative policies.
- Observe OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- The CSR responsibilities involve inside sales, service, reporting, recordkeeping, communications, assist with inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, organize promotions, and other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.
- Assist with coordinating the bag feed route.
- Assist in maintaining compliance by completing yearly, monthly and daily, regulatory requirements and Allied Cooperative compliance and reporting paperwork.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Attend all product updates and service training sessions
- Properly record customer orders, and invoice accordingly.
- Correctly identify and use proper resources for assistance.
- Ensure customers are informed of safe product handling and that they receive the proper documentation along with the invoice.
- Follow all national, federal and cooperative policies and codes
- Observe and report any unusual activity, problems, and customers’ complaints to your supervisor
- Do not extend credit to patrons who have not been approved by the credit manager
- Maintain office equipment and work area in a neat and clean manner.
