Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in the Youngstown area. This office-based role supports customer inquiries by phone, email, and text, while scheduling appointments and guiding customers through the sales process.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a base pay of $15–$16 per hour, weekly pay, bonuses and incentives, and benefits including training, attendance bonuses, and 401(k) matching. Authorized to work in the United States is required.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help create an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting the growth of our business.

Customer Service

• Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to successfully complete a background check
