Nordica Warehouses Inc. – Downtown, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support orders and shipments. Salary is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Benefits include health insurance and PTO after 90 days.

You will work directly with customers and drivers to process orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely shipments while learning diverse operations.

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Nordica Warehouses Inc. is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Foundation Park location. We are a third‑party warehouse that stores products for a wide variety of clients across different industries.

As a CSR, you’ll work directly with customers and drivers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipments move efficiently through our warehouse. Each customer has their own unique products and processes, giving you the opportunity to learn about many different operations and form lasting business relationships.
