Typical hours are 7am-3:30pm, fully in-office in Los Angeles, CA. The role emphasizes accurate quotes, pricing support, plan reviews, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales coordination role.
• Experience with AutoQuotes (or similar) and data reporting.
• Strong detail-orientation with solid documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate quotes and proposals
• Support special-order pricing and product substitutions.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps.
• Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles.
• Manage drawing revisions and outstanding customer approvals.
• Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specifications.
• Accurate project files and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation.
• Communicate with sales representatives, dealers, and consultants.
