Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a customer service-oriented professional in Grove, OK. The role focuses on ensuring order timelines align with delivery dates, verifying orders against work orders, and keeping customers informed with updates within a four-hour window.

You will coordinate with production for ECDs, assist with blueprints or drawings needed for processing, and prepare orders for shipment while generating daily order reports for production teams. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or better required.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP to align order due dates with delivery dates.
• Verify purchase orders against internal work orders to ensure process flow-down.
• Provide updates to customers within the 4-hour time frame.
• Communicate with customers about blueprints, drawings, or other items needed for processing.
• Coordinate with production to obtain ECDs for orders.
• Prepare orders for ship out or other areas as needed.
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work order to ensure that the company can comply with process requirements and all processes have been flowed down correctly
• Provide continuous updates to customers on the status of their orders within the allotted 4 hour time frame
• Communicate with customers on any additional blue prints, drawings, or other items needed for processing
• Coordinate with production on obtaining ECD's for orders
• Prepare orders in ship out or other areas as needed
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production
• Other duties as assigned
