Job summary

Domino's Franchise in Florida is seeking a friendly crew member to take orders, answer questions, and help prepare pizzas. You will greet customers, process carry-out and delivery orders, and ensure accuracy and timely service in a fast-paced store.

You will maintain clean work and customer areas, stock makeline and coolers, assist in folding boxes, and support the delivery team while upholding Domino's image standards.

Responsibilities

• Take the customer's order in a positive manner and answer questions.
• Use suggestive selling techniques with every call.
• Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid putting customers on hold.
• Complete the order in a timely manner, ensuring it is neat and accurate.
• Keep the phone and customer area clean at all times.
• Repeat every order back to the customer and provide the approximate delivery time.
• Thank the customer and confirm the order time.
• Assist in making pizzas, keep makeline and soda coolers stocked and ready.
• Take carry-out payments if requested by the manager in charge.
• Maintain the image standards set forth by the company.
• Assist the delivery team with cleanliness and store maintenance.
• May assist in folding or topping boxes.

Job Duties

Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid putting customers on hold. Complete the order in a timely manner making sure the order is neat and accurate. Must keep the phone and customer area clean at all times. Repeat every order back to the customer and make them aware of the approximate time of delivery. Say thank you to every customer, and tell the time of the order. Handle all carry-out customers with the same customer service. Assist in making pizzas whenever possible, keep the makeline and soda coolers stocked and supplies available to help complete production. Take payments from the carry-out customers if requested to do so by the manager in charge. Maintain the image standards set forth by the company. Assist the safe delivery specialist in any way possible in the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. May be asked to assist in folding boxes, and box topping boxes.
