Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Store Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly service, take orders, and support fast-paced in-store operations. You will greet customers, process orders, upsell where appropriate, handle payments, and assist with pizza preparation when needed.

Maintain cleanliness, follow image standards, and help keep makeline and beverage areas organized. This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and hands-on teamwork in a shop-floor setting.

Responsibilities

• Take the customers order in a positive manner.

• Take payments from carry-out customers if requested by the manager in charge.
• Maintain the image standards set forth by the company.
• Assist the safe delivery specialist in cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
• May be asked to assist in folding boxes, and box topping boxes.

Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid putting customers on hold. Complete the order in a timely manner making sure the order is neat and accurate. Must keep the phone and customer area clean at all times. Repeat every order back to the customer and make them aware of the approximate time of delivery. Say thank you to every customer, and tell the time of the order. Handle all carry-out customers with the same customer service. Assist in making pizzas whenever possible, keep the makeline and soda coolers stocked and supplies available to help complete production. Take payments from the carry-out customers if requested to do so by the manager in the charge. Maintain the image standards set forth by the company. Assist the safe delivery specialist in any way possible in the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. May be asked to assist in folding boxes, and box topping boxes.
