Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in Indianapolis is seeking a proactive Sales Lead Catcher to engage with customers, our sales team, and office staff. You will monitor digital and phone leads, respond to inquiries, and manage calls to schedule appointments and drive sales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience
• Professional phone and presentation skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customers
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Ability to obtain a Culligan Sales License within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license

• An Associate degree (preferred) with 1-2 years of sales experience
• Professional phone and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Computer savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
• Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust with customers on a regular basis
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Ability to obtain a Culligan Sales License within 90 days
