U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Champaign, IL to be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers with U-Haul products, manage rentals using U-Scan technology, and assist with equipment hookups and inspections on a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• On-the-job education and training opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Explain products and services to customers; prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches; fill propane and forklift operations (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
