Pay: $12/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, accurately gather and record caller information, and assess situations to determine the appropriate response or department. You’ll enter call details into the system with precision, provide instructions or information when needed, and remain composed in high-pressure situations. The position requires close collaboration with dispatchers and other departments to ensure timely resolution, while escalating urgent or complex issues as necessary.
