• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes; interact with customers courteously.
• Assist with handling baggage and ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
• Interact with customers outdoors in varying weather conditions; work shifts may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
