Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring at our Texas airport operations to support baggage handling and ground services. You will assist with guiding aircraft on the taxiway, loading and unloading baggage, operating ground equipment, and helping passengers with check-in and boarding.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work rotating shifts including overnights and weekends, and strong English communication. You will be part of a safety‑driven team serving the American Airlines network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Able to communicate clearly and politely with passengers and team members
• Must be physically capable of lifting and handling items up to 75 lbs
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport to guide taxiing and gate entry
• Load, unload, and sort baggage and company materials, up to 75 lbs
• Operate ground support equipment such as tugs and belt loaders as needed
• Assist with passenger check-in, boarding passes, and rebooking as required
• Provide courteous, on-time service to passengers and coordinate with team to ensure timely departures
• Assist with baggage tracking and respond to passenger inquiries in line with policy
