Envoy Air is hiring at Laredo International Airport for an entry-level Customer Service Agent. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing, and use our reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist with loading/unloading baggage and ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
