Qualifications

• Must be able to lift bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or other travel authority.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist with lifting and loading bags safely as part of daily duties.
• Support on-time departures and arrivals through attentive customer service.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure a positive travel experience.
