Job summary

USA Waste and Recycling, Enfield, CT is seeking a Customer Service Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute customer-service related projects, including system initiatives and acquisitions. You will serve as the primary CS systems coordinator, partnering with CS leaders, IT, and Operations to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years in project coordination/management, strong communication, and familiarity with PM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• 2–4 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Experience supporting systems, operations or contact center projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer service projects related to systems, tools, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Develops project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Tracks project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.
• Assists and completes user acceptance testing and maintains a defects/enhancements log.
• Coordinates activities for acquisitions, transitions, and service expansions.
• Documents transition plans, risks, and post-implementation follow-ups.
• Facilitates project meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Ensures alignment between customer service needs, technical requirements, and operations.
