The role collaborates across Sales, Customer Service, Billing, and Accounts Receivable to resolve disputes and ensure timely collections. Ideal candidates have strong communication, detail orientation, and knowledge of AR processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or continued college work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing follow-up with customers to secure timely payment.
• Resolve undistributed cash and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare paperwork for credit memos, refunds, and account adjustments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Billing to resolve invoice disputes and reinstate services.
• Maintain accurate data entry and reports for the Credit Manager.
