Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Grand Island, Nebraska. You will be part of a supportive team, assisting customers with U-Haul products and services and using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

The role includes moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
