Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our South Carolina team. You will work in a fast-paced store, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling cash and maintaining a welcoming environment in line with our policies and priorities.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure safe operations, food safety standards, and consistent product quality. Availability for varied shifts including weekends is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Be cross-trained in all retail and food service responsibilities to support operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any incidents.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to customers.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked; maintain clean restrooms.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and follow cash handling procedures.
• Comply with age-restricted sale laws and verify IDs when necessary.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and food service standards.
